Initial appointments run for 75 to 90 minutes and cost $120, return appointments run for 45 to 60 minutes and cost $100.

A 90 minute session, once a week, for six weeks. Programs run in-person at Chamomile Natural Health in Bellingen, and online. Health and body literacy is our birth rite. What I share with you on this program I hope you will go on to share with others. These small group programs support healthy habit building, goal setting with accountability, and are a chance to connect and learn with others.

Topics address fatigue and energy production, blood sugar dysregulation, supporting the health of the cardiovascular system, the importance of sleep, reproductive health - particularly understanding the menstrual cycle, digestion and gut health, bone health, and stress management.

I offer 30 minute consults for $30. These consultations are for those looking to support their health, who do not currently have the finances available for the higher pricing. For most of my life I have not been able to afford naturopathic care, and frankly I think that sucks. We all deserve quality natural health care. Please utilise this service, it is here for you.

This service has a particular focus on food as medicine and lifestyle support.

Firstly, not everyone needs a microbiome map. They are costly and will not always provide information that changes the course of your treatment - much of that information can be gained from the in-depth conversations we have during the consultation process. There are however situations where a microbiome map provides the depth and accuracy required to support unique and complex health journeys.
